MISSION: To provide agency leadership in promotion of sound cost estimating practices and techniques, and to leverage individual cost engineering tools and development efforts.
OBJECTIVES:
Provide cooperative leadership to promote advanced cost estimating and cost data collection tools, lessons learned, and information exchange.
Disseminate cost engineering information pertaining to environmental projects.
Provide training for environmental project/program managers in application of cost estimating and cost collection tools.
