ESTCP Project Technical Report
The technical report is comprised of three volumes:
- Volume 1 is the main technical report, figures, tables, and Appendices A to C
- Volume 2 is Appendices D to F
- Volume 3 is Appendix G
ESTCP Project Cost and Performance Report
This report summarizes the project approach, the costs of performing the demonstration, the potential savings, and overall performance of the optimization tools.
