AFCEE Long-Term Monitoring Optimization Algorithm
A spatial and temporal algorithm for optimizing LTM networks using geostatistical methods. This algorithm can be used to cost-effectively manage resources for monitoring both passive sampling networks and those that monitor performance/effectiveness of remedial systems.
